Nossa, o tempo passa tão depressa que nem havia notado que há mais de um mês não escrevo aqui. No entanto, o trabalho continua e nesta colagem mostro as mais recentes novidades da NG. Espero que gostem!

It has been quite a while since my last post, it is amazinhg how time flies! Nonetheless I have been working a lot and here I show some of my lastest items. Hope you enjoy them!

Turmalinas Verdes - Green Tourmalines

Ganhei de presente várias pedras, dos mais variados tamanhos, cores e tipos - um verdadeiro tesouro! Já tenho projetos para algumas e estou buscando idéias para outras.

Este brinco é o primeiro da mais nova coleção - Tesouros. Foi feito em prata e turmalinas verdes. Estará na minha loja Etsy durante este final de semana.


A dear friend gave me a lot of beautiful gems of different sizes, colors and types - a real treasury!  I have already made projects for some of them but I still need to find ideas for others.

This pair of earrings is the first of this new collection - Treasuries. It was fabricated in silver and green tourmalines. It will be available in my Etsy shop over the weekend.
 

Novidades da Semana - Week news

Este novo par de brincos de prata tem um design bem moderno e ao mesmo tempo é bem delicado. Os brilhantes negros fazem um contraste interessante com a prata fosca e escovada.  Eles acabam de ser disponibilizados na minha loja Etsy.

These new pair of silver earrings has a modern and delicate design. The black diamond gives a mysterious and lovely contrast with the matte and brushed finish. They are already available in my Etsy shop.

Em processo - Work in process

Faz tempo que estes brincos estão aguardando finalização. Agora vai!
Finalmente, acabei de lixar o inlay de turmalina preta!
Agora só falta cravar os 3 brilhantes e colocar uma pequena pérola nos lugares já marcados, dar a forma do pino e o polimento final.

                              These pair of earrings have been on my bench waiting for months to be finished!
                          I finally filled the black turmaline inlay and now I just have to put the 3 diamonds and the     little pearl in place. Hopefully, very soon I will be able to show you the final result.

Sabe aquele par de brincos que combina com tudo e que está sempre ali para ser usado a qualquer momento? Foi exatamente nele que pensei quando fiz estes brincos. O detalhe das pérolas em gota é que faz a diferença.

Mais uma peça NG para a coleção, recortados, forjados e martelados para textura. No centro da forma orgânica e côncava, coloquei uma pequena pérola em botão. Um brinco leve, delicado e perfeito para qualquer ocasião.


This pair of earrings is the new addition to my NG collection. They were forged and hammered for texture and in the centre of the organic and pod form, I added a small freshwater buttom pearl. A light, delicate and perfect complement for any occasion.

Ainda não tenho um nome para este par de brincos. Fico olhando para ele e nada... Sugestões?

I cannot find a name for these new pair of earrings. Any suggestions?

They were made with a 15mm silver 950 round wire, some little petals I had on my bench for some time and small freshwater buttom pearls.
